That time again, Not Me! Monday=o)

Well, good morning all=o) It is not another Monday morning. I am not writing this after working both jobs all weekend. I am not totally exhausted!

I did not wonder about whether or not I should write a Not me! Monday post, considering my life is not as exciting as others=oP

I did not have a very busy week working and babysitting. I did not love babysitting all the different little people I babysat. I did not on more than one occasion wonder if I will ever experience having my own children. I did not take a few days before realizing my need to give that over to God and let Him handle my life instead of me!

I did not sit at work last nite, not having much to do and pretty much reading my fabulous book most of the nite. I am not sad that it is almost done in only a little over one day.

I did not bake over 100 cookies the other nite. And I most certainly did not take 5 of them to work and eat all 5 of them last nite! Not me.

I did not feel an amazing blessing when my brother and little sister financially helped me out with my bills considering I still haven't received any unemployment for the 6 weeks I was off during surgery. I did not become anxious at times wondering what to do before realizing God is in control=o) I do not take longer than most people to realize these things=OP

I am not counting down the days until New Year's when I get to see my Pani Banani again! I am not totally looking forward to it=0)

I did not slip on my deck stairs one nite when it was icy and did not almost do the splits. I also did not receive 2 nice, very large bruises on my shins since they stopped me by hitting the next stair.

I did not one week have my friend Danielle visiting me and while she was here, leave the tv on. I mean, that would just be bad company. I did not then proceed to change it to a cartoon channel for background noise, but then having my some of classics come one. We did then not proceed to enjoy watching the Smurfs and then Alvin and the Chipmunks. I mean, I'm too old for that, eh?

I also most certainly do not watch shows like Arthur, Tom and Jerry, The Bugs Bunny and Tweety show, or the Berenstain Bears when I am home all alone, not even watching any children. I do not watch these when there's nothing else decent on tv=oP

I did not almost burst out laughing when my oldest nephew tried to get the ice cream out of the freezer by himself the other nite when I wasn't looking. I did not hear a bang and look to find a plastic container of frozen leftovers all over the floor, container broken. Seth did not continue to say, "Sorry Auntie Dani, I just made a little mistake." He did not continue to say he was sorry. I did not tell him that I thot he was still a little bit too small to be getting the ice cream out of the freezer by himself. I did not then proceed to take a ziploc bag and put the frozen food in the bag. Seth did not then say, "You're putting the food in a bag? What a great idea Auntie Dani!" I did not then put it in the freezer totally forgetting to tell my sister it had been on the floor and she is probably not just finding out about this now=oP Sorry Jennifer;o) But I did use the 3 second rule, only for a few more minutes=oP

haha fun post! And I am just reading this and finding out what happened with the food. I saw the container in the garbage and the bag of food in the freezer, but didn't put the two together. I know that Seth say' "it was just a mistake" a lot. No big deal.
