I forgot the bedroom pictures the first time I posted this, but here they are now. I have a very large bedroom WITH a real closet=0)
My book corner. Oh how I love my books! And I can display my childhood dolls too=o)
The closet is on the left and it even has storage shelves on the top, so I was able to hide a lot of things. The room is even bigger than my last one!
I've been told by a few people that I've been slacking on my blog and that it's not Christmas anymore. So, here is an updated post=0)
I moved the beginning of the month=o) I seem to be making a yearly thing about this, but hopefully this is it til I move out west! Here are some pictures of my new place. Enjoy!
The above picture is me standing on my landing and that is the stairs going down. My one and only way to get into my place.
Here is my landing. It's a really nice size. I have made the biggest area the kids toy room. The cabinet on the rite is my towels and movies storage. Seth really loves my little door/window=o) He thinks it's pretty cool.
The toy room plus the dog's pillow that he sleeps on when he gets too chilly in the living room.
My fabulous kitchen=0) I am so excited to have a separate kitchen this time. It's the first time since I've lived at home years ago. I have always had a kitchen/living room combined, so this is a nice change.
I love how my fridge is nicely put in the cubbyhole. It definitely saves room in my kitchen.
The perfect corner for my table and chairs.
Another cool door/window=o) I love these! They remind me of little church doors.
And my lovely plans get some sunlight too=o) Two of them are from my sister Jennifer and Paul when I first moved to Ken and Belinda's granny flat. I'm impressed they have lasted this long and flourished. I guess I have more of a green thumb than my dear mother.
Another exciting feature is my bathroom. It is a normal sized bathroom with a tub/shower. I have actually had 3 baths so far in my tub. If you remember, my last place only had a shower in my bedroom closet. I'm not a girly girl who takes baths, but I am enjoying the occasional bath. It helps me relax for a bit. I don't last longer than 20-30 minutes, but it's still nice.
My beautiful living room=o) It was a royal pain to get the big couch up the stairs and into the living room. My dad and brother told me I can't move again and if I do, they are going to cut my couch in half because they aren't going to move it again! But I do love my couches! They are so comfy!
Seth and Ethan waiting patiently to come in and play the game Sorry.
This is my favorite corner. The gal that lived here before me left her tv and the fake plant. To me, this corner is cozy=o)

Wow Danielle! Your place looks good! Quite the change from your last one, eh? It looks so much roomier (unless that is the angle of the pictures). Hope you are feeling settled in and enjoying your time off.
Hey Melissa,
Yes, it is a lot roomier than my last place and a lot brighter too(except my bedroom which I keep nice and dark for daytime sleeping). So far, this is my favorite place! You will definitely have to come over next time you're down and see it. And take your kids so they can play with the dog=o)
It looks really nice and big!! That must be nice to have a separate kitchen too! Very nice! :)
Looks MUCH better than the last place. And I love you little 'church doors' too. :-) Super cute! I'm so glad you have a normal bedroom closet, a normal bathroom, and a normal kitchen. :-) Have a great time in your days off!
Danielle!! Are you not on facebook anymore!! What happened? What is your email address? It was great seeing you Sunday, but we didn't get to talk too long!!
Hey Melissa,
I'm taking a break from facebook. I was wasting way too much time on it and I was going on out of habit and wasn't being useful, so I'm taking a break, maybe permanently. We'll see. It was great seeing you Sunday too! My email address is dani_dewaal2004@yahoo.ca
